Drilling rigs for DTH-drilling

Over the past year, we have established a strong and successful collaboration with Enteco in Italy.

Enteco’s product range includes advanced solutions for large diameter Down The Hole (DTH) drilling, designed for high-capacity rigs. With long mast stroke, powerful rotary tables, and robust clamping systems, efficient and stable drilling of large piles in rock formations is ensured.

The DTH system enables drilling of piles up to 1200 mm in diameter, with a single rotary stroke of up to 24 meters. This reduces the need for jointing, improving precision while lowering operational costs.

DTH is Enteco’s core expertise. All rotary heads are optimized for large diameter DTH hammers and can be used across other foundation methods without modification, ensuring high flexibility in the field.

With over 30 years of experience in large diameter DTH technology, gained from hundreds of projects in hard and rocky ground conditions worldwide, this is also a proven solution in Scandinavian environments.

Performance has recently been taken to the next level with the exclusive DTHR technology, featuring a tilting rotary system that allows casing to be loaded in a horizontal position. This innovative solution can increase efficiency by up to four times compared to traditional methods.
