Concrete casting reel second generation

We at GDS are happy to introduce our second generation of our concrete casting reel that now stand finished and are ready for casting missions. The reel does not have to be connected to the carriers hydraulic system anymore, now it requires only 32 A electrical connection for full functionality.

Benefits of the second generation:

-own power supply through a hydraulic package
-built in air compressor
-developed control system for quality-assured casting and documentation

GDS concrete casting reel offer following benefits unlike conventional pile casting:

-enables casting in higher capacity
-economical and lower carbon dioxide emissions when using concrete
-can also be used to clean the poles before casting, hence used as a mammoth pump
