Hecules-Trevi makes pre-drilling for jet-grouting with water-propelled hammers WAI for the Swedish Ica Stores new Headquarters in Arenastaden, Solna

Approximately 600 holes of Ø115 mm, 4.5’’, were drilled for part of the construction of the Headquarters building. The water-propelled drilling was chosen because of the proximity to the railway with intense traffic, implicating special demands on the ground foundation. For Hercules-Trevi this was just one project among many with the water-propelled drilling technology, since they have very long experience from it being the most suitable in sensitive urban areas. Drilling went on as planned and to customers satisfactory.
