One man, one fjord!

BETEK equipment is being used by one of our customers in Norway at a soon-to-be-completed construction site for a new bridge. Extremely large posts are being manufactured there for a new bridge along the A18 motorway. These posts have a diameter of more than 2m and are up to 70m long. The customer’s own Liebherr-Flaggsschiff LB44 drilling rig is being used on site. The importance of painstaking, professional work in this instance was recently made evident when the E18-Holmenstrand Bridge, only half an hour’s drive away from the construction site, partially collapsed.
